Mods and staff

Shouldnt staff be a higher rank then mods? Cuz mods just go around and be cops.. Staff kinda do the same but they do give opinions to dev team..

Mods are able to moderate the forum (like you said, cops) and are able to lock threads, edit posts, delete posts and all that other good stuff, staff can only do that in the staff section as far as I know... Also I think mods have a bigger influence on what the dev. team does. To me staff sounds a lot like faculty and moderators sound like a higher (rank) than faculty

anyway, just my opinion
