Ok, @ Ninja, when you go to turn your remotejoy on, your PSP should be in the game like say the home menu or already playing in a game. And is it enabled?

remotejoy didn't work for me either so welcome to the club... I got a little thing called cfe loader which is a bundle plugin and that had remotejoy in it... ill try extracting it from my psp and edit this post to put the download link in

when i used my psp i never got this to work either...
