who owns this xat continued

old one was locked, so yeah. so who really is the main owner? who has the 'edit your chat' button on the xat? i ask cus it's not being used and a friend from school wants to make a site and have a xat in it. and i stumbled accross this in my favourites list. so he wants to use the rankpool feature, but the xat is wrong colour so, can u transfer him rankpool feature?????
