photoshop cs3, cs4, cs5, or cs6.

You just need a render, vectors, creativity, blending methods, flow, blurring method, knowledge of burn and dodge tool. theres alot more that i did in this but i dont wanna bore you xD
May look simple and mormal but this was a alot of work.
