Personally i faver in no just use what we like to call: Admin section where only admins can discuss this or use the button at the bottem called report

This is how i see it if you ban kaiser then there goes one of your active people.(Bad pun get it? probably not thats my site name) But anyways i don't even think this is going to be used. It's very useless. Who's going to use it? We the people wont use it anytime soon. Who else would use this either then the admins or maybe the mods to report something. If a person reports someone then there going to be like that snitch -_- lets get him. So unless its anonymous I Highly Doubt that anyone will use it.
