Such biased opinions. And no matter how much you guys say you're not biased, we all know you are. Not a bad thing, though. But because some of you have PS3s, you're gonna say its better. Makes sense. Everyone wants to know they have the best console. I'm not gonna sit here and lie like I wouldnt be jealous if I knew another console was better. But in my opinion, that whole console war(and I'm not talking about on this website, I mean everywhere on the intermahnet) needs to stop. Both are really good consoles. And as far as graphics go, you can say PS3 has BluRay, that doesn't have to do with the actual graphics. It's just quality. Xbox and PS3 have equal graphics, case closed. And they both have their own advantages, Xbox has the better controller, the better online experience, better messaging, and comes witha free microphone and is better for entertainement. PS3 has free online, WAY more exclusives, less raging 7 year olds, no Red Ring of Death, full Internet access(though Xbox is getting Internet Explorer soon). Those are facts, and you can argue with meh, but no denying those things are true. But they don't matter, both are good consoles, just buy whichever is available or whichever you prefer. That whole console war doesn't have to exist.

but i hav to disagree that the xbox controller is better
its analogue sticks r weirdly placed and the 4 bits on it r irritating when ur playing
ps3 controller is much more confortable but the thing bout the xbox control is that it has a nice design

I find the joypad just fine for the x-box. In fact, after owning one for a good few years now I find it's the playstation joypad that I find awkward. I think it's merely down to what you own. If you play with it for a long time, you're going to get used to it eventually.

For me, it came down to whatever my friends had. You enjoy games the most when you're playing them with friends whether it's on or offline. I bought my 360 because most of my friend's had one.

NO DONT LOCK IT. And I personally think the Xbox has the better controller. I've played PS3 MANY times, once for more than an hour and my thumbs started hurting. The PS3 controller puts your hands in a weird position, whereas the Xbox controller is easy to use. But I have to admit, Xbox controllers aren't rechargable, which is a very useful and big difference between PS3 and Xbox.
